Kathleen McCleskey has worked with organizations for over 20 years in the areas of evaluation and strategic planning, and as a consultant and trainer.  In that time frame she has been acknowledged for her expertise by such groups as the USDA Graduate School, the Association for Volunteer  Administration, Family Support for the US Army, and more.  Her experience working with  private and public sector organizations brings a unique perspective to the Organizational Planning Process.  For a more extensive look at Kathy's background, click here.

Robert “Bob” McCleskey has worked with numerous organizations as an operational planner and project manager.  In his 30 years of work experience he has had the opportunity to examine strategic initiatives that worked smoothly and learn from those that did not work as planned.  Thus he brings with him a “hands-on” perspective of both short- and long-term planning processes.  He has been recognized for his expertise with meritorious service awards and commendations for excellence throughout his career.  His persistence and attention to detail brings a much needed focus to the OP Process.
