In January a colleague and I will once again conduct a one day course for Executive Directors and Program Managers for Austin Community College’s Center for Community Based and Nonprofit Organizations. I will also be in Montana conducting a Pre Service Orientation for Vista.
In February I will be speaking in San Antonio at a Rotary Conference and at the San Antonio Area Foundation about working with Volunteers. I will also be conducting a course on Conflict Resolution for GSA.
I get to go back to Japan and Thailand in March. I am really looking forward to returning to both countries. I will be conducting courses in Interpersonal Communication, Office Management, Leadership Skills for Non Supervisors, and Leading Teams and groups.
An added bonus over the next year is that I will be working with the RH2 group to complete a strategic plan for Austin’s Parks and Recreation Department.
